Scope and contact

This notice covers kifreundinnen.de under the brand KI FREUNDIN. For questions about your data, contact aigirlfriend101@proton.me.

Search, previews and character choices

Character search, filters and studio selections are processed in your browser. The studio keeps your choices while the page is open.

An opening line entered in the homepage scene tool is cleared when you close its dialog.

Downloads, clipboard and email

The Contact tool lets you copy your message or download it as a text file. The Video page copies a scene idea as text. These files and copied texts stay on your device unless you choose to share them.

Copied material is placed on your device clipboard. Your device and browser manage downloads, clipboard contents, caching, history and possible form restoration separately from the page tools.

The Contact tool prepares a message on your device. Sending it through your email app shares the sender address, message and attachments with the email services involved and the recipient. Received information may be used to handle your inquiry.

Page requests and hosting

Requesting HTML, pictures, fonts, scripts and styles sends connection information to the serving host. This can include your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and referrer.

The Video page embeds clips from cdn.golove.ai. Loading video metadata or playing a clip makes a request to that host, which receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details.

Cookies, analytics and browser storage

The website’s own page code does not set cookies, use localStorage or sessionStorage, or load analytics and advertising scripts. External video hosting and your browser’s own storage behavior are separate from these page tools.

If optional analytics or advertising tools are added, this notice will describe their purposes, recipients, retention and relevant choices.

External services and possible commissions

Get started redirects to an external chat service through a referral link. The redirect and destination services receive connection information and may process referral parameters. Registration, chat and payments at the destination are covered by that provider’s privacy information.

The website operator may earn a commission if you use or purchase an offer through a partner link. See the Affiliate Disclosure for details.

For an external offer, read the destination provider’s privacy information before submitting personal details or making a purchase.

The linked Candy AI service identifies EverAI Limited as its operator and data controller: Malta registration C107181, 56 Central Business Centre, Triq Is-Soll, Santa Venera SVR 1833, Malta. These are the details of the external chat provider. See its Privacy Notice and Terms of Service.

Candy AI’s Privacy Notice sets different retention periods for account, transaction and marketing data. Its current retention rules and service-provider disclosures apply to that service; they do not establish this website’s hosting provider or server-log retention period.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can clear the contact draft on the page and manage downloaded files or clipboard contents through your device.

Under applicable data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, and to object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it for the future. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority. The conditions depend on the processing involved.

Use Contact or the email above to explain which data or activity your request concerns. Do not send identity documents, payment details or other sensitive material without a justified request.

Adults and updates

This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Its characters are fictional adults, and there is no child-oriented service.

This notice is updated when the website’s services or data processing change. The date above identifies the text version.
